DIRTVision Desktop Compatibility
DIRTVision Compatibility for Windows Operating Systems

  • DIRTVision runs in most current Internet browsers and operating systems.
  • Supported Windows Browsers:
  • Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome (We recommend the most current versions.)
  • Supported Windows Operating Systems:
  • Windows 10, Windows 8.1
  • Note: If your computer is more than approximately three (3) years old, then you may experience technical difficulties when attempting to use DIRTVision.

  • DIRTVision runs in most current Internet browsers and operating systems.
  • Supported Mac Browsers:
  • Safari, Firefox, Chrome (We recommend the most current versions.)
  • Supported Mac Operating Systems:
  • OSX 10.12, OSX 10.11
  • Note: If your computer is more than approximately three (3) years old, then you may experience technical difficulties when attempting to use DIRTVision.
Desktop and Web Troubleshooting
Ad Block and Pop Up Blockers
  • We recommend turning off any ad block or pop up blocking browser extensions in your browser as they may interfere with video playback.
Loading Circles
  • Verify your available local network bandwidth here.
  • Close any sites or programs that are running on your computer or network, as these may slow down your Internet connection.
  • Close out your web browser and re-launch.
  • If you are still having problems, as a test, try viewing the races in a different browser.
  • Clear your browser's web cache, close your browser, and re-launch.
  • Restart your computer.
Blank Screen
  • Clear your browser's web cache, close your browser, and re-launch.
  • Close any sites or programs that are running on your computer or network, as these may slow down your Internet connection.
  • Verify your connection speed with a bandwidth test.
  • If no other programs or sites are running and your connection is slow, power cycle your modem and/or router. To do this, unplug your modem, as well as any wired or wireless router you are using, for about 10 seconds. Then re-plug the device(s). Wait a few minutes as your Internet connection resets and, then, try to view the race again.
  • Finally, if you are still having problems and/or the media player itself is reacting slowly, check to make sure your computer is compatible with the DIRTVision System Requirements.
VPN or Proxy Servers
  • A VPN Connection and/or using a Proxy server may interfere with DIRTVision.
  • If you are using a VPN Connection or Proxy and are having problems with DIRTVision, disable it and try to access the race again.
How do I view DIRTVision races in full screen?
  • To view a race in full screen in the DIRTVision Media Player, click on the arrow icons in the bottom right corner of the Media Player. Once in full screen, to go back to the default player size either hover over the tool bar and click again on the arrow icons, or press the ESC key on your keyboard.
  • If you do not see the square icon on the bottom of your media player, the zoom functionality of your browser may be zoomed in too much to see the entire media player. To resolve this, go to your browser's "View" menu and select either "100%" or "Actual Size" to restore the browser to the default view.
